PORK CHOPS AND WILD - CHINESE
RICE
 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/4 c. water
1 (16 oz.) can Chinese vegetables, drained
6 lean pork chops
Black pepper

Mix contents of package, soup, and water in 2-quart casserole. Add Chinese vegetables. Arrange pork chops on top. Sprinkle with black pepper.

Bake 1 hour 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with Chinese noodles and soy sauce.
