BANANA PUDDING 
FILLING:

1 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. flour
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla

6 bananas
2 pkgs. vanilla wafers

Mix together sugar, flour and egg until smooth; add milk a little at a time. Cook, stirring constantly, until thick and bubbly (sheet off of spoon). Remove from fire; add vanilla. Layer dish with wafers then bananas, then filling. Repeat wafers and bananas, and stand wafers down side of dish. Add filling and decorate top with vanilla wafers. (For 9 x 13 dish, double recipe.)
