BAKED VEGETABLES 
1 1/2 c. sliced onions
1 1/2 c. sliced carrots
2 c. sliced celery
1 (16 oz.) bag frozen green beans
2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. quick tapioca

In a 9 x 13 inch pan layer cut vegetables and green beans. Sprinkle with tapioca and salt. Pour on tomatoes. Cover and bake 70 minutes at 350 degrees.
