1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. cake meal
1/2 c. potato starch
1/2 c. ground nuts

Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Bake in 9x13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
