MEXICAN PIZZA 
Combine, spread in a round 12 inch platter or pizza dish with sides:

1 (9 oz.) can bean dip
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies

Mix and spread over first layer:

2 avocados, peeled, chop coarsely
2 sm. tomatoes, peeled & chopped
2 tsp. lemon juice

Mix - spread over 2nd layer:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 (1 1/4 oz.) taco mix

Mix and spread over other layers:

1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimentos
1 (4 1/2 oz.) can black olives, chopped
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, spread over other layers
5 cherry tomatoes, halved, use as garnish
6 chopped green onions, use as garnish

Cover with saran wrap. Chill 1-2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips. Will serve 25-30 people.
