CHICKEN TERIYAKI 
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. ginger
1/2 oz. cooking wine
(I use 1 c. orange juice in place of wine)

Marinate chicken in sauce 3 hours. Bake chicken at 350 degrees 1 hour. Last 15 minutes add marinade to chicken. (Very good.)
