CHICKEN TERIYAKI | |
1 frying chicken, cut up MARINADE: 1/2 c. soy sauce 1/3 c. sugar (heaping) 1/8 c. cooking wine 1 clove of garlic, minced 3 thin slices fresh ginger root In a large bowl mix together marinade ingredients. Marinate the chicken overnight. Turn the chicken and marinate for a few hours longer. Place chicken in shallow cookie pan and bake at 400 degrees for about 30 minutes or until done. Turn the chicken over once and brush marinade on it a couple of times during cooking time. At end, broil to brown. |
