CARAMEL CHOCOLATE PECAN BARS 
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Land O'Lakes sweet cream butter, softened

FILLING:

1 c. pecan halves
2/3 c. Land O'Lakes sweet cream butter
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips

Heat oven to 350 degrees. In large mixer bowl combine all crust ingredients. Beat on low speed, scraping bowl often, until particles are fine (1-2 minutes). Press onto bottom of 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle pecans over crust.

In 1 quart saucepan combine butter and brown sugar. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a full boil (4-5 minutes). Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly; pour over pecans. Bake for 18-20 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Immediately sprinkle with butterscotch and chocolate chips. Allow to melt slightly (3-5 minutes). Slightly swirl chips as they melt; leave some whole for marbled effect. Cool completely. Yield 3 dozen.
