CABBAGE ROLLS 
1 head cabbage
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. uncooked rice
1 med. can tomato juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Sm. amount nutmeg, cinnamon, and allspice, just enough to taste

Scald the cabbage leaves in boiling water; mix meat with all the other ingredients, take enough meat to roll tight in one cabbage leaf, make all the rolls and place in large pan, pour over enough tomato juice to cover, sprinkle lightly with sugar and cook 40 minutes on low heat.
