LASAGNA 
2 lbs. ground chuck
2 to 3 tbsp. olive oil
1 onion chopped
2 cloves garlic chopped
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
1 can Hunt's tomato paste
1 sm. bottle mushrooms (and juice)
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
3/4 of 1 lb. box noodles
1/2 to 1 lb. Ricotta cheese
Parmesan/Romano cheese
Mozzarella cheese

Brown onion and garlic in olive oil and add beef and brown. Add sauce and paste. Add mushrooms and juice, salt and oregano. Stir and simmer 20 minutes covered.

Meanwhile make noodles. Drain and rinse in cold water.

In casserole dish, put 3 noodles (a double thickness). Add 1/4 meat sauce, next Ricotta, Mozzarella, noodles, sauce, Ricotta, Parmesan cheese. Cover with lid or foil. Bake 350 degrees 45-50 minutes. Last 8 minutes, remove lid and cover whole top with Mozzarella.
