PASSOVER BROWNIES 
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. potato starch
1/4 c. cake meal
1 stick pareve butter (1/2 c.)
2 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients and mix very well. Bake in a well greased 8 x 8 inch pan for approximately 30 minutes. Yield: 16 at 124 calories each brownie.
