1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate bits melted with 1/2 c. shortening
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. potato starch
1/2 c. cake meal
1 tbsp. instant coffee

Beat eggs. Add sugar. Fold in rest of the ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 17 to 20 minutes in an 8 inch square pan.
