HORSERADISH CREAM CHEESE SPREAD 
8 oz. nonfat cream cheese
2 tbsp. minced fresh parsley
1 tbsp. white horseradish
Low-salt crackers
Carrot sticks
Celery spears

Fork blend smooth. Spoon into crock and chill. Spread on crackers and/or vegetables. Only 11 calories per tablespoon.
