1 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 can apple pie filling, smashed

Mix oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add mixed dry ingredients. Fold in apple pie filling. Pour in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
