“ORANGE PUDDING CAKE” IS IN:

ORANGE PUDDING CAKE 
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix (1-layer size)
1 whole egg
3/4 cup frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
2 drops Fiori Di Sicilia Extract (optional)
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. butter
1 cup water

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Prepare cake mix batter according to package directions except substitute 1/2 cup of thawed orange concentrate for the water. Add Fiori Di Sicilia Extract, if using. Stir in raisins and set aside.

To make syrup, in a small saucepan combine remaining concentrate, the brown sugar, butter and 1 cup water. Bring to boiling.

Pour syrup into a 2-quart square baking dish. Immediately drop cake batter by tablespoonfuls onto the hot syrup.

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until cake is golden brown.

Serve warm with ice cream, frozen vanilla yogurt, or whipped cream, if desired.

Makes 6 servings.
