PORK LOIN ROAST 
4-5 lb. pork loin
1 tsp. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. garlic salt

Mix ingredients and rub into pork. Roast at 325 degrees for 4-5 hours.

TOPPING:

2 c. apple sauce
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cloves

Combine to make topping. After meat has baked for 2 hours, spread with topping and continue roasting until tender.
