FRESH SALSA 
3 med.-lg. tomatoes (diced)
2 green fresh jalapenos (chopped)
3/4 lg. yellow onion (chopped)
1/2 lg. bell pepper (chopped)
3-4 tbsp. of chopped fresh garlic
1 c. chopped cilantro
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. wine vinegar
Salt to taste
Chili powder (optional, to taste)

Stir all ingredients together and cover. (Sit in refrigerator 24 hours before serving.)
