CONGO BARS 
2 2/3 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. butter
2 1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 c. nuts
1 pkg. chocolate chips

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Melt butter. Stir in brown sugar and let cool. Beat in 3 eggs, one at a time. Add flour mixture, nuts and chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
