FROZEN VEGETABLE MEDLEY 
1 (16 oz.) bag of mixed vegetables
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. (4 oz.) SHREDDED SWISS cheese OR shredded Cheddar
1/3 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 (4 oz.) jar DICED pimiento, drained
1 (2.8 oz.) can Durkee FRENCH FRIED ONIONS

Thaw and drain frozen vegetables. Combine all ingredients EXCEPT 1/2 cup of shredded cheese and 1/2 can of the French Fried Onions. Pour into shallow 1 quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until VEGETABLES ARE DONE.

TOP with the remaining cheese and onions and bake UNCOVERED 5 minutes or until golden. Makes about 6 servings.
