CORN PUDDING | |
16 oz. can whole corn, drained 1 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 2 eggs, well beaten 1 c. milk 1 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. cracker crumbs 1 tsp. pimiento Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix ingredients thoroughly and pour in 1 quart casserole. Place casserole in baking pan. Pour very hot water into pan, almost 1 inch. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until knife comes out clean about 1 inch from edge. |
