FRUIT DIP 
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Combine above ingredients and cook until mixture is thickened. Remove from heat and let set until almost cool. Then fold in 1 large container of Cool Whip to above mixture. Refrigerate. (Real good with all types of fresh fruit).
