ONE DISH MEAL 
1 lb. ground beef or turkey
2 c. cooked peas and carrots
2 c. diced, cooked potatoes
Canned tomatoes

Place carrots and peas in bottom of 2 quart casserole. Add diced, cooked potatoes. Ground beef or turkey on top of vegetables. Spoon thick canned tomatoes over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
