AVOCADO SALAD 
Juice of 1 lemon
2 lg. ripe avocados
1 lg. tomato
1 med. onion
3/4 of 4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1 tsp. dried cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste

Cut avocados in half. Remove pits and peel. Coarsely mash flesh. Sprinkle lemon juice over mashed avocados. Coarsely chop tomato. Chop onion medium. Add cilantro. Combine ingredients and serve with tortillas.
