KERRY'S CHILI COLORADO SALAS | |
4 tbsp. powdered Paasilla chili 5 cloves garlic 2 lb. stew meat or roast cut into cubes Puree chile powder and garlic in 2 cups water. Brown meat if desired. Cover with water, bring to a boil and add chili/garlic sauce. Simmer for 3 hours or at least until the meat begins to shred. Add salt to taste. |
