ARTICHOKE DIP 
1 lg. can regular artichoke hearts
1 (8 oz.) brick Parmesan cheese, shredded real fine
1 c. mayonnaise
1 clove garlic, minced

Heat in microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
