APRICOT PASTRY 
4 c. all-purpose flour
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
4 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream
4 egg yolks
2 tsp. vanilla

MIXTURE:

2 c. ground nuts
1/2 c. sugar

TOPPING:

3 c. apricot preserves

Sift dry ingredients together. Mix together butter, egg yolks, sour cream and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients to it. Use flour when working with dough. Divide into 3 portions. Roll out first layer on floured board.

Place in bottom of jelly roll pan. Spread with nut mixture. Roll out second layer, lay on top of nuts and spread with apricot filling. Roll out third layer, cut into strips. Place on top to form lattice work. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
