CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
5 chicken breasts, cooked in water
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. real mayonnaise (not Miracle Whip)
1/2 lemon or 2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. grated Cheddar or Colby cheese
2 boxes frozen broccoli or 1 fresh bunch
Croutons (Pepperidge Farm Romano & Cheddar)

Spray large casserole dish with Pam. Make a sauce of soup, mayonnaise and lemon juice. Line bottom of dish with broccoli (cooked and drained well)., top with deboned chicken (don't crumb chicken). Pour sauce on top of chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Put croutons on the top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 35 minutes. Serves 6. Serve with hot rice.
