MEAT BALLS 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. crushed saltines
2 tbsp. chopped onion
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
9 drops Tabasco sauce
1 tsp. garlic salt
Dash of salt

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix above ingredients and shape into 1 inch balls. Place single layer into ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 30 minutes, uncovered. Then place meat balls in a deep casserole with sauce. Bake 1 hour, covered.

SAUCE:

3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. brown sugar
6 drops Tabasco
1 1/2 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. mustard
1 1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
