1 tbsp. butter
2/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut up

Melt butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan in oven. Mix baking mix, paprika, salt and pepper. Coat chicken. Place skin side down in pan. Bake 35 minutes. Turn; bake about 15 minutes or until done.
