ORIENTAL CHICKEN SALAD 
4 or 6 chicken breasts
1 pkg. frozen small peas, uncooked
1 bunch green onions, chopped fine
1 can chow mein noodles
1 c. mayonnaise
Sauce to taste
1/3 c. cashew nuts, chopped

Boil chicken and chop into cubes. Mix peas, onions, mayonnaise and sauce and let stand for at least 1 hour. Right before serving add the noodles and nuts and serve on a bed of lettuce.
