AUNT "E'S" CRUMB CAKE 
3 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUMBS:

3 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
Powdered sugar

Melt and set aside 3 sticks butter. Mix 1 1/2 cups Bisquick, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1/2 cup milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 tablespoons melted butter. Beat at medium speed; scrape occasionally and pour into a 13 x 9 x 2 inch greased pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Now make crumbs. Mix 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 3 teaspoons cinnamon. With a fork start to pour in melted butter and fluff so crumbs start to form. After 20 minutes take cake out, sprinkle crumbs on top and put back in oven for 20 minutes. Put on powdered sugar when cake is cool.
