AUNT LETA'S ORANGE CHIFFON
CHEESECAKE
 
1 pkg. orange gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (13 oz.) can evaporated milk (Milnot whipped)
2 (9 inch) graham cracker crumbs

Put gelatin in a 2 cups measuring cup. Add boiling water, stir until dissolved. Add ice cubes to make 1 cup liquid. Stir until melted and set aside.

Place cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, in small bowl. Beat until creamy. Add to gelatin mixture, whip chilled evaporated milk until very firm. Add orange and cream cheese mixture. Pour into crusts. Chill 24 hours.
