ORANGE GLAZE (FOR HAM OR PORK) 
5 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
10 cloves
2 tsp. orange rind
1/2 c. orange juice
4 orange slices

Put all ingredients in saucepan. Cook until thick and clear. Add 4 orange slices, halved. Serve with ham or pork chops.
