ORANGE GLAZED HAM AND YAMS | |
3 oz. pkg. orange Jello (may use sugar free) 1/3 c. brown sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 c. boiling water 2 lbs. canned ham Ground cloves to taste or 9 whole cloves 2 (18 oz.) cans canned yams, drained (use less if prefer) Dissolve Jello, sugar and mustard in boiling water and set aside. Add ground cloves or score and stud ham with cloves. Place in shallow baking pan, surrounded by yams. Pour over all Jello mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, basting every 10 minutes with pan juices until glazed and heated through. |
