YELLOW SQUASH CASSEROLE 
2 lb. yellow squash
1/4 med. onion
2 eggs
1 c. bread crumbs
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. butter

Cook squash and onion until tender. Drain partially. Mash squash and add half of the bread crumbs, sugar, salt, eggs and butter. Pour into casserole dish. Add remaining crumbs and dot with butter. Bake 30 minutes in 300 degree oven. Serves 4-6.
