MEATBALLS SUPREME 
1 lb. hot Italian sausage
1 lb. ground beef
2 eggs
1 c. applesauce
1 c. dry bread crumbs
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. onion, finely chopped
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Remove sausage from lining. Mix ground beef and sausage together with hands; set aside. In large bowl, beat eggs. Stir in applesauce, bread crumbs, salt, pepper, onions, and meat mixture. Mix thoroughly with your hands.

Shape into 1 1/2-inch balls and bake on cookie sheet at 375 degrees and turn 1/2 way through cooking time. Take out when browned. HINT - Make sure you check a couple meatballs to make sure they are completely cooked.
