4 LAYER DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. nuts (chopped walnuts)

Mix together. Spread in a glass baking dish by hand until spread even. Bake at 350 degrees until golden brown.

LAYER 2:
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix with mixer until smooth.

LAYER 3:
2 (3 oz.) instant lemon pudding or any flavor pudding
3 c. cold milk

Mix well and pour over layer 1, layer 2. Refrigerate overnight until set.

LAYER 4 (TOPPING)
1 c. Cool Whip

Spread on top of layers. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
