NO FAT VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 qts. water
5 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, diced
1/2 head cabbage
5 stalks celery, diced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 onion, diced
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes

Add carrots and potatoes to 1 quart of water and bring to a boil for 20 minutes. Add 1/2 head of cabbage, celery, green pepper, onion, 2 cans of tomatoes, add another quart of water, add salt, pepper and beef bouillon cubes to taste. Let simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
