1 c. Bisquick baking mix
3 1/2 - 4 1/2 oz. pkg. instant pudding, any flavor
1/4 c. salad oil
1 egg

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients until dough forms a ball. Shape dough by teaspoons into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Dip bottom of glass into sugar, flatten balls. Bake about 8 minutes. Makes 2 1/2 to 3 dozen. Note: Cookies in 10 minutes and you name the flavor with your choice of instant pudding.
