SALISBURY STEAK 
1 onion, chopped
1/2 lg. green pepper
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. Pepperidge Farm bread stuffing
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
Flour

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients, except flour. Sprinkle bread board with flour. Make steak shaped patties and press into flour (both sides). Brown well in oil.

Gravy: Mix the soup, milk, and mushrooms. Pour over meat; simmer for 20 to 30 minutes or bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes.
