1 pkg. cube steak
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 sm. can tomato sauce
Salt & pepper

In frying pan, add oil, saute onions and peppers. Add salt, pepper and meat. Brown meat on both sides. Add tomato sauce and cover. Cook for 45 minutes on low heat.
