ONE PAN BANANA BREAD 
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. mashed ripe bananas, about 3 lg.
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/3 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Generously grease bottom of loaf pan, 9"x5"x3".

Stir in all ingredients in pan with fork until moistened. Beat vigorously 1 minute.

Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, about 55 to 65 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Run knife around sides of loaf to loosen. Remove from pan.
