APRICOT JELLO 
1 pkg. apricot or peach Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. orange juice
1 can drained mandarin oranges
1 med. can crushed pineapple
3 bananas

Combine Jello and water, then add orange juice, mandarin oranges, pineapple and bananas.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice

Blend sugar and flour; add beaten egg and pineapple juice. Cook and cool. Use 1 package whipped topping. Blend with custard and spread on Jello.
