QUICK LASAGNA 
1 pkg. (8 oz.) wide egg noodles
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 jar (16 oz.) spaghetti sauce
1 c. cottage cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese

Oil casserole dish. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles, per instructions, drain and toss with salad oil. Brown beef, stir in spaghetti sauce. Mix cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. Arrange noodles on bottom, then layer with cheese mixture, then meat, top with Mozzarella cheese. Bake 35 minutes or until bubbly.
