FROZEN CHEESE SALAD 
1 c. shredded pineapple, drained
1 cake Philadelphia Cream Cheese (8 oz.)
3/4 c. mayonnaise
8 oz. whipping cream
1/2 sm. bottle red maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1/2 sm. bottle green maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1 full c. marshmallows (diced)
1/2 c. nuts

Mix pineapple and cherries. Drain off liquid. Mash cream cheese; add mayonnaise and mix until smooth. Add fruit, nuts, marshmallows and fold in stiffly beaten cream. Pour into ice tray and freeze. Cut in slices to serve.
