3 c. blackberries
5 c. sugar
1 box Sure-jell
Crush blackberries in food processor, then strain, just getting juice. Put 3 cups juice and 5 cups sugar in large bowl, stir about 5 minutes, then let set for 20 minutes. fix 1 box of Sure-jell with 3/4 cup water, bring to a boil over high heat, boil for 1 minute. Mix the Sure-jell with berry mix, stir it for 3 or 4 minutes, then fill plastic cups (butter cups) with berry juice. Let set for 24 hours, then put them in freezer. Then when you want jelly take out of freezer and place in refrigerator.
