HAMBURGER HOT SAUCE 
1 lb. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
3 tsp. chili powder
3 tsp. cayenne pepper (add more if you like it real hot)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
1/2 tsp. marjoram
1 onion, chopped
1 crushed garlic clove
1 celery stalk, minced
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Saute onions, garlic and celery until soft, brown hamburger and add all spices and then add 1 quart of water. Simmer for 3 to 4 hours. Makes 3 or 4 butter tub containers.
