BLUEBERRY CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines butter recipe cake mix 1 stick soft butter 2/3 c. milk (room temperature) 3 eggs Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all ingredients until moist. Scrape bowl and beaters, beat 4 minutes at medium speed. Bake in 3 greased and floured 9 inch pans. Bake 20 minutes. Cool. 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can blueberry pie filling Cream sugar, powdered sugar, Cool Whip, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread evenly on first layer and top with 1/3 pie filling. Continue with the same for the second and third layers. Store in refrigerator overnight before serving. |
