CHILI MAC PEPPER 
7 oz. pkg. Creamettes macaroni
8 med. bell peppers, halved
15 oz. can Hormel chili with beans
15 oz. can Hormel chili no beans
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 oz. jar diced pimento
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. Remove core and stem from peppers. Blanch peppers 2-3 minutes in boiling salted water; remove and drain. Heat macaroni with chili, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, seasonings, and pimento. Stuff pepper halves with chili macaroni mixture; top with Parmesan and remaining cheddar, and broil for 2-3 minutes.
