COLD SHRIMP WITH PASTA 
1 1/2 qts. water
2 lbs. unpeeled sm. fresh shrimp
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. sm. seashell macaroni
1 c. finely chopped celery
6 green onions, minced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. capers
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. celery seeds
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground white pepper

Bring water to a boil; add shrimp, and cook 3 to 5 minutes. Drain well; rinse with cold water. Chill. Peel and devein shrimp. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain well. Combine macaroni, shrimp, chopped celery, and green onions in a large bowl; toss gently. Combine mayonnaise and remaining ingredients; stir well. Pour over shrimp mixture; toss gently to combine. Cover and chill at least 2 hours. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
